Instant Start Kit
EFI
systems have spoiled us all. We expect engines to fire off instantly
under all circumstances. If you have a boat that sits for weeks at a
time or a twin turbo street car.....a mechanical pump by itself will
not give you the "Instant Start". This simple kit places a small
electric pump near the fuel tank that you activate with a dedicated
switch. Once your fuel pressure reaches just 3 PSI, your ready for the
"Instant Start". The check valve installs in the fuel line to place the
electric pump in a parallel circuit. Fuel is pulled from the tank
at one end of the check valve and pushed through the system at the
other
end. The kit includes the electric pump, 4' of Aeroquip -4 push lock
hose, the check valve and the required fittings.

We have found industrial gauges to be superior to the
small fuel pressure gauges sold to the automotive market.
These are dry, vented gauges. Liquid filled gauges are sealed. This
allows the pressure inside the gauge to build when they heat
up...causing them to read lower when hot.
The dial is 1.5" diameter with a 1/8" NPT stem.
